Step 1:: Make your button/add text; I usually make mine in MS Paint.
Step 2:: After you have your button or whatever made, open it up in Animation Shop 3:
Step 3:: Go up to your second menu and you will see this
and click on the one with the orange circle 3 times.
Step 4:: Use your paint bucket:
to change the color to the text on your button and here's what it will look like afterwards:
Step 5:: Click the 'ix' and name your button to whatever and save it as .gif.
Step 6:: Here's what your button should like after all of that:
You just made an animated button, congrats!
