Want something to pop up in a new window, here's how do so:

Step 1:: Paste the following code in you header tags:

Step 2:: Paste this code to wherever you want the link to be:
<a href="URL" onclick="return popup(this, 'notes')">PAGE NAME</a>

Change URL to the link you want to pop up and change PAGE NAME to what you want the page to be called.

Step 3:: WANT TO USE A IMAGE INSTEAD OF A LINK, here's the code below:
<a href="URL" onclick="return popup(this, 'notes')"><img src="IMAGE URL" border="0" height="86" width="211"></a>

Change URL to the link you want to pop up, IMAGE URL to the image you want shown, and change PAGE NAME to what you want the page to be called.
