This tutorial is going to show you how to take a basic picture like this and give it a vintage look:



Step 1:: Open up the photo you want to look vintage, I will be using
my photo.
Step 2:: Go to layer > new fill layer > solid color. When the box pops up, hit 'ok', then choose a dark blue (I used #000F49). Set the layer to exclusion and your photo will look like the after picture above. From here you can do any other effects, etc.
